Shen Yueyue, vice-chairwoman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and president of the Good-Neighborliness, Friendship and Cooperation Commission of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO), attended and addressed a reception marking the 24th anniversary of the founding of the SCO in Beijing on June 11.

At the event, which was hosted by the SCO Secretariat, Shen met with SCO Secretary-General Nurlan Yermekbayev. The pair discussed deepening cooperation in various fields within the SCO framework.
